Prior to joining Tapjoy, Shah was Vice President, Ad Network for RockYou, a  leading provider of applications and widgets across the social media space, with application properties on major social networks including Facebook, MySpace and Hi5. In a short time, Shah grew the company’s revenue by more than 500% and more than quadrupled gross margin. He was responsible for the 15 billion monthly ad impressions, as well as sales, account management, performance marketing, analytics and publisher management. Mihir also founded CookEatShare.com, a vertical social network catering to home cooks and professional chefs. Prior to that, he was the Vice President and General manager for Direct Selling Solutions at QuinStreet, the largest performance marketing firm in the country. Earlier, Mihir was President and CEO of Liquid Software, a Sutter Hill Ventures backed enterprise application integrator. Dean Tang is the founder and CEO of ABBYY USA, a fully-owned subsidiary of ABBYY Software House, Inc., and a 19-year veteran in the optical character recognition (OCR) industry. Tang developed the first OCR technology, and co-founded OCRON Inc, serving as key developer of Recore OCR SDK and Perceive Personal OCR software. Tang holds a master’s degree, Math/Computer Science from San Jose State University and a bachelor’s degree, Banking/Insurance from Feng Cha University, Taiwan.

He currently serves as Managing Director of DNA Investment Partners, LLC an early stage venture investment firm.  DNA is investing in companies based in the USA and China, industries centric to IP Communications and Digital Media Distribution.
He recently served as Vice President of Corporate Development for SK Telecom, in Seoul Korea. Joe Jasin is also the founder of ICE Wireless, Wireless Blueprint.  Prior to those activities, he was at Sprint/Nextel as a Director of Product and Business Development. He is chair of the Software Development Forum’s Mobile internet group, formal advisor to the U.S. State Department’s – APEC Office of Commerce, and a founding member of CTIA’s Wireless Internet Caucus.

Bin Hu is an innovation thought-leader and technology executive with extensive experiences in mobile cloud computing. Being the Senior Director of Americas Software and Application Division at Huawei Technologies (USA), he is responsible for technology scouting and business incubation of innovative software, application and service in mobile cloud.

He is currently the Chairman of Cloud Computing Task Force of Open Mobile Alliance.

Before joining Huawei, he was a Distinguished Member of Technical Staff in Motorola, focusing on technology innovation and business initiatives of mobile software solutions.

Vasily Salomatov

Ragnar started his career as an entrepreneur. In 1980, he founded IPT GmbH, a computer retail business that imported products into Germany from the USA and Taiwan. Dr. Guangbin Fan is a visionary technical leader entrepreneur in the wireless and mobile internet industry.

He is currently with Huawei Internet Business Unit and manages a team on mobile Internet product innovations. Before that, he had been working at Intel Research Center as a senior researcher and project manager. Before joining Huawei, He had cofounded a mobile social network startup company in Silicon Valley and managed the China division in 2007. He has extensive knowledge on mobile from both product and ecosystem perspective.

Guangbin received his Ph.D. from University of Alabama and had been an Assistant Professor at University of Mississippi in 2003 where he performed extensive research in the mobile and wireless arena.

David He has several years of working experiences on mobile application developments covering browser based applications, Windows Mobile applications and Android applications.Before joining HTC, he worked in the Mobile Application Development Group at Bloomberg LP, where he has involved in 3 Android applications published in Android Market. David has a master degree in computer science and a PhD degree in polymer physics.
